      -Varied projects and client base -Nice balance of remote and in person working -Approachable leadership team -Provides a structure for personal development and knowledge sharing (Development plans, Communities of Practise, Lunch & learns)

      Cons

      -The standard con of working in a consultant, it is difficult to balance client delivery, internal projects and personal development.

      Mainly work from home attending client sites on a needs basis. Management tries to do the right thing.

      Cons

      Generally pay low end of market, but you don't have the cost of commuting. Currently tough in consultancy sector.
