It definitely isn’t an environment for everyone. The pace & expectations are high & so I'd have to say it's not for the faint-hearted.
Certainly in leadership you need to be comfortable operating with imperfect information at times-as is a characteristic of growth- adapting quickly as the business scales. Priorities can move fast and there is a strong commercial focus, so resilience, agility and ownership are important.
Because the company is growing quickly, structures and processes are still evolving in some areas. People who prefer very slow, structured or heavily layered environments may find that challenging.
The intensity can be demanding, particularly for anyone who may struggle with direct feedback or high-accountability cultures.
That said, for the right person, many of the 'cons' are also the reasons the company is growing and creating opportunity so quickly, and is indeed the fuel for the people here.
