      Pros

      Jobs are fairly easy but in unsafe neighborhoods.

      Cons

      Management will lie to you about your pay (you will be lucky to every make $10 an hour), lie about raises, wont tell you until after you start that they will take $26 out of every pay check for uniforms which you will NOT get back ever. Zero Benefits. They expect you to use your personal cell phone.

      It's a job if you are desperate. Other than that I can't think of any reason to work there.

      Cons

      Pay is never right. Very horrible working conditions. Management is horrible. Guards are a mess. You will lose accounts left and right due to the horrible officers they send.
