Colleagues are always taking care of others and always willing to offer a helping hand even if they are from different departments. - Management always looking for ways to improve their system and operations - Management cares about their employees, willing to listen to and help as much as they can. - We are given the freedom to forge our own path and generate ideas to help contribute - Events and gatherings are held often - Comfortable and nice office environment - Constantly being pushed to do more (depends how well you react to this, but I have found it beneficial to keep me on my toes) - This is definitely a good place to start your career as you can learn a lot from everyone.

As an employee, you are generally given the freedom to use your own methods to tackle your job with no micromanaging. Colleagues treat each other like family and Management is very supportive if you need assistance or advice. Real work-life balance is encouraged here as well. Also, a pet friendly office! :)
