Pros
Miburo is a young company that has a start-up feel. The work is fast paced, employees are amazingly talented and the management gives analysts freedom to pursue their own projects, leads, and develop their own tools and techniques. Everyone's perspective and skillset is valued and a new idea is never shot down. The work matters, there is no "busy" work and the company is headed to do great things.
Cons
The company is startup-ish in nature and so there aren't things like 401k matching or health insurance.
