- Flexibility in vacation scheduling - Friendliness (it backfires) - Team tries to help each other out (but overall accepts abusive practices from employers)
Cons
Toxic environment: - Daily unpaid overtime is expected, was told I always arrived on time, but that I also always left on time - Unclear leadership; vague and arbitrary feedback, no reasonable conflict resolution - Overall stressed team, constantly putting off fires. Burnout is common, stress derived symptoms are frequent - Flaky pay rates - Noisy office - Complete lack of organization - Fights and aggressive arguments take place during work hours - Quitting rate is alarmingly high
