      Good working culture but entirely dependent on the client.

      Cons

      Salary increment depends upon clients approval. Leave approval depends on client approval Hike depends on the client approval Always listen to the client management not listening to the employees. Reimbursement depending on the client approval.

      The only pro here is you get salary at 7th of every month.

      Cons

      Lazy Senior Management. They have other business also along with this company, so they don't bother to grow this organization. No Incentives for Sales, No Salary Increment untill you are leaving the company for not increasing the salary.
