*They will send you out to work sites that are 3 and 4 hrs away with traffic.
*They do not even consider paying you milage or extra time for that time spent in traffic. So you essentially have to put in a 14 to 17hr day every day, only getting paid for 8 hrs.
*They "NEVER" have what you need to complete a job when you arrive. The first few days on any site are clean up for what was missed, what can't be done, and supply runs to compensate for whatever materials they didnt send you.
*They will lie to you or about you at a drop of a hat if they see it necessary to save themselves from being at fault for something.
*Are very protective of upper staffing and not the techs. Doesn't matter what proof you give them that management has violated your rights as an employee and flat out lied to save their own job's, they don't do anything. You are truly just a number to them!
*No work life balance at all.
