The staff other than the owners. The people are phenomenal that work there. They have an amazing amount of talent that is underutilized due to the owner.
Cons
The CEO! You can read all the other reviews about Devil Wears Prado, they are spot on. It is her way and only her way even if you did it her way from two weeks ago it will be wrong. The other owner is very bright. If she took more ownership of the business they could see huge growth but she tends to keep the CEO happy so there is no drama. I wish I would have believed the negative reviews when I decided to jump on board.
