Glassdoor has full of fake review!my working experience in mindsprint was excruciating because of some individual's personal vendatta - they deserve a special place in hell

Leadership has to be strong and not biased towards some people who are very cheap and political trying to ruin someone's life! Please fire these kind of wrong doers instead of keeping them and moving them to different teams. They are just evil - hope they get their karma back Im never recommending this company to anyone for just not resolving the grievances and not firing the inhumane folks

They have so much of politics. I would say you can skip this company if you see anywhere. No mental peace or physical peace. But got great colleagues who supported the entire journey.
