Pros
The team was, across the board, some off the most intelligent, engaged, and dedicated people I have ever met. The technology we were pursuing was exciting and groundbreaking.
Cons
The management and board were increasingly disengaged from the reality of the technology we were pursuing, with a top-down approach that ended up dooming the company. A real shame.
