      Small close knit work family, Flexible, casual, easygoing

      Cons

      !00% of the executive decisions regarding employees is made by one man, the President who is self centered, non-trusting and lacks compassion. No performance reviews so therefore, no merit raises

      Pros

      Great culture to network with professionals and find a better job. Lots of people in this field are ready to help you with carreer advancements.

      Cons

      Changing commission structures even after sales. Caddy management that seems to prefers men in management and professional women with degrees are relegated to secretarial desk jockeys in my opinion.
