KPI's are actually counter-intuitive to good customer service, focussing more on hitting targets. For example, making 2 outbound calls for every 3 received, ensuring no-one actually wants to answer the phone for fear of making their targets unreachable. Unless you're a machine, avoid working here.

No plants in the building, or not enough. Like working in a soulless pit of eternal damnation, too bright, like a hospital. They've done zero research into a healthy work environment.
