H1b - Not to join Mitchell Martin

Pros

-Pay is good. -Pays on time.

Cons

- MMIT will ask you to pay the attorney fee. - Initially at the time of joining they will say two months of bench period. Once you're out of the Project they will say that the bench period is only one moth. After that they will revoke your visa. -They will ask you to put your resume in dice/monster to search for the jobs and let them know. -In my case, I worked for a financial client.At the time of joining they said it is a one year contract. But contract ended with in three months. Even my client manager said the notification was given only three months. -They say that they have a very good client base. Don't believe in that. - Really if they have a good client base, why we have to upload our profile in job portals and search for the jobs. - If you're on H1b it would be a trouble for you.

Once an assignment comes to an end, MMI is required by law to cancel the H1 after the last working day of the employee. However, if and when MMI is made aware that an assignment is coming to an end, we have a team dedicated to working to replace the employee on another assignment. In most instances, we are successful in replacing that employee. We do have an extensive list of clients; however, finding a new opportunity can vary based on a number of factors such as location, duration, rate of pay, technology, etc.. Pros

Everyone wants to work with pure enthusiasm but end of the day it will be flook after everything is done, same words by indian management after a long hard work.

Cons

Working in Indian office is were the logic lies between cheap tricks and false promises by management with lot of conjugations and misunderstandings showing power in management to feel some scaring things in offIce.

They have good clients to work without structure and no work life balance.

Cons

India office management doesn't have any proper rules and regulations designed for day to day operations. They just design and apply spot rules as per their need on their employes. They never understand or care about the employee personal issues and pass rude comments towards them, when it comes to management people they are allowed what ever they wanted to do. Here in India operations management head is breeding his slaves and grooming and feeding them and demanding them to follow his guideline. Rest everyone shuts everything and nodd their heads as he says. Floor atmosphere is filled with politics & micromanagement.
