      A great place to start with.

      Pros

      The work is very simple and they also conduct training. Asst. Manager at Production is very dedicated that will inspire their subordinates.

      Cons

      Only few engineers are applying due to salary concern. Since lack of manpower loads are needed to cope up by the existing regular. Sadly, needs more improvement when it comes to coordination from one department to another.

      Through my work, I have gained various experiences such as negotiations with customers and how to proceed with development work.

      Cons

      Depending on the department, the amount of work is enormous and overtime work is increasing. Although there are various departments, the work is too biased in the development design department.
