Pros
Reliable established company that will be around for the long haul. There are a few really nice people working there.
Cons
There are two sides to this company. The sales side and the administration side. This review is based on the administration side. The work environment is a study hall/bull pen open working environment with ZERO privacy. The controller is a micro manager. The systems are antiquated and old fashioned. Some employees are allowed to do what they want while others are reprimanded for the same things. There is very little room for advancement and the disorganization is through the roof. Your days vary depending upon with ownership is in the building or not. It was one of the worst places I have worked
