Pros

# Great company for "CHAMCHA's" # If you are not a good developer you will get max hike, Just need to fill the google sheets. # You will be Team Lead after 3 months of development # 8 day working in a week with avg 12 hrs of work is mandatory otherwise salary will be deducted. # They prefer rapid development , If you can develop a app within 5-7 days no matter whatever the project requirement, then only you can work here.

Cons

It will take 3-4 days to write points in this section ....So below are the just an overview # Your salary depends on client's Sign-off , If your projects are on hold for 3 months you will get salary after 3 month. # Min Working Hrs- 9:30am to 8pm # Avg working hrs- 9:30am to 10 pm # Leaves are not allowed here, If you have 20 leaves pending and you will ask for a single leave they will fire you. # MNC with 400 employees where 350 employees are trainee developer # And the toughest job is to get relieved from mobiloitte, it's nearly impossible, You have to survive min 3 months of notice period and after relieving it will take 4-5 months for FNF. # Officially 5 days working in a week, But you will get a mail on Friday evening to come on Saturday and then Saturday evening to come on Sunday as well...... # A central hub for politicians Beware of the bugs in the above code because I am a Mobiloittian and development is just a copy paste thing for me.
