      Structure is ok. There are many departments to specialize in what they are doing so you just do what is in your scope. Also salary is below market standard for a bunker trader

      Biasness of promotion. They emphasize on diversity in the various nationalities they hire, but they lack the inclusivity. Ultimately the danish get the superior treatment
