* The CEO is smart but erratic—often changes direction on a whim, leading to wasted time, shifting priorities, and unnecessary stress. Will literally say “ I am the CEO and listen to me!” This has destroyed company culture.
* Culture of fear and micromanagement. When you ask company questions it’s never a direct answer, it’s always working on it!
* Unrealistic timelines and unclear communication make it nearly impossible to succeed.
* High turnover—people burn out fast or are suddenly let go again from the CEO which then trickles down to the CSO and the team.
* No clear career progression, minimal mentoring, and HR is basically nonexistent. Career progression is only possibly if you are in with the CEO
-CSO is better than the CEO in terms of behavior but gets railroaded by the CEO and applies it to the rest of the team. Trickle down approach which affects everyone. CSO is not the best manager if you are female. Multiple people within the company and externally have mentioned he is more brutal to female employees.
