Pros
The company values are not just talked about, they are lived. You see Sensitivity, Belonging, and Changemaking in action across teams and decisions. You’re trusted from day one. Autonomy is real, and you are encouraged to take ownership and lead. Leadership is approachable and open. When you speak up, people genuinely listen. Wellbeing is taken seriously. There’s a strong sense that people matter just as much as performance. The team culture is warm, driven and collaborative. There’s pride in the work, and a shared belief in building something meaningful.
Cons
The pace is fast and the ambition is high. That can be exciting, but also overwhelming if you’re not used to it. With so much change and growth, not every process is polished. You need to be comfortable with ambiguity and finding your own way at times. Communication can sometimes get lost across properties. More consistency would help connect the dots between strategy and day-to-day experience.
