The leadership of C-level executives is lacking in empathy and appreciation for their employees. They openly declare that they expect us to work overtime without any additional pay, and they've gone so far as to state that the team isn't here to be happy!!! If we wish for happiness, we might as well leave, they say!!! They boast about offering flexibility, yet there’s absolutely none to be found. When they say, “If you need assistance, do let us know,” it seems to be an empty gesture. On the rare occasion that we request support, they resort to micromanaging us!!!

I don't even know where to start. There’s no strategy, no real leadership, and priorities change every week. Everyone works in constant survival mode, dealing with last-minute requests and unrealistic deadlines. Feedback is taken personally, the culture is genuinely toxic, and pretty much every talented person ends up leaving quickly.
