It's very much a boys club. People in leadership hire people that are exactly like them and don't really care about diversity. The CEO is passive-aggressive, and there's no leadership. Some people in leadership shouldn't be in leadership at all. There is no flexibility if you need to work from home. You have to be in sitting at your desk for 8+ hrs a day. They say they foster creativity, but they don't. They always give clients a low estimate, and they try to cut costs and corners that don't really help the agency or the employees. Also, the turnover rate and letting people go has been some of the worst I've ever seen in my career.

During my time there we had our ups and downs like all companies. We always stuck together and made the most of every opportunity or challenge we faced.
