Great team at the time! They really made the day-to-day manageable and as pleasurable as possible.
Cons
- High staff turn over - Lowest level of staff development/progression - Management wasn't pleasant - Time given on projects wasn't sufficient

Pros
The agency is full of talented likeminded people who are driven by making a difference. Although the agency has a structural hierarchy (which is needed in business) each person is able to carve their own path to achieve their goals. Freedom to learn and create your own applications, code, campaigns etc is given which is a good benefit something my previous agencies haven’t given. I’ve quickly learned the grass isn’t always greener.
Cons
Not everyone is driven by making a difference so that was frustrating. Agency life isn’t a 9 to 5 job. Decision making can be a little slow too.
