      Pros

      The company pays relatively well.

      Cons

      I was warned about joining the company, an extension of Motorsport Network, but decided to anyway. This was the worst decision I have made in my career. Completely soul destroying and a horrible place to work. The share price tells you all you need to know about the company’s outlook.

      Senior management lacks vision & direction, constantly arguing about what to do and no action, managers lack knowledge and management skills, the company has severe money problems, hard to see a future with the current leadership
