      -Can meet different clients round the world -Can learn new things and have good relationships with coworker

      Cons

      -Both managers are too micro-managed -The manager is too unprofessional, all the things in the boutique done by assistant manager, she came to store everyday taking pictures and going out meeting friends, like on her holiday. -Emotional blackmailed

      No pros to work for that company

      Cons

      Managers are completely out of their minds, they are greedy and are not supportive. They are a bunch of people who never studied and don’t know what management is. The brand is not known at all so you will end up closing the store on £0 for many days. They had different directors for the last couple of years which tells you a lot about the company. Salary is super low and commissions are non existent as the products don’t sell.
