      A good medium-sized company for fresh grads

      Pros

      - Good salary compare to other similar job position, with same working working experience - Good location - Very young teams and collegues, all of them are kind and welcome - All experiences are welcomed, inclusive of freshmen, juniors or seniors. - Pretty friendly and talkative boss, joining most of the meetings and willing to take ur ideas if reasonable. - Got drinks and snacks.

      Cons

      - Normal benefits - The dev target may change fast, get ready for multitasking - 95% a Chinese cultured company, all colleagues mainly talk in chinese, so do the meetings - Some OT if you are in a dev team, or boss wants a urgent update.

      Never, ever, choose this company. The only thing you can do in this company is play the game with the boss.

      Please stop trying to copy all games with your own way of thinking. You have no respect for the game or the players.
