Great work environment, everyone is trying to improve themselves and the company. Lots of opportunity to make money outside of base salary.

Must work hard. If you don't know how to work, it's not for you.

The goal and dream of the company is very admirable, and is the future to the tech in what it does.
Cons
CEO needs to step down to more experienced management. He will make promises that never see fruition, and will scrape the bottom of the barrel and expect the highest results.
