Pros
great hours working in the urgent care 3 12's, coworkers are awesome and providers are wonderful to work with. Clinics are nice and state of the art. Locations all over the PNW and expanding into other areas. Patients for the most part were wonderful. Loved my clinic managers.
Cons
senior management is terrible, the only care about $$$ and not the staff working under them. Their actions don't back up their words and when you share that feedback with them they either ignore you or get mad for bringing up how you feel as an employee. There is a lack of integrity with Sr leaders. Sr leaders lie about all sorts of things and ultimately I left because of the actions or lack there of from that team.
