      Awful, malicious and conniving

      Pros

      The only okay thing was the salary wasn't awful, and it was fairly normal hours. Also you didn't usually work with the general public.

      Cons

      Staff are treated poorly, micromanaged within an inch of their life. Very two-faced management team, who will say anything you want to hear to stop you complaining, but then never actually do anything good.

      The staff are great, hard working people. Laughter and camaraderie gets people through each dark moment of which there are many

      Cons

      Management should take a long hard look at themselves as only then will they see the companies biggest problems.
