Business outlook
Pros
Relaxed atmosphere. Good work-life balance (nice holiday amount, no silly overtime) Nice people to work with. No obnoxious laddish/bro culture. Also clever and pragmatic (not constantly facepalming). Postgresql.
Cons
Rarely get to build things for lots of users (little fame or glory). Being smallish place, not much of a career ladder if you're into that sort of thing. Also doesn't dabble in buzzwordy cloud technologies much, but still uses modern languages and databases.
