      Pros

      A few smart coworkers. Some training for your job. Fairly flexible about work location.

      Cons

      Too many to list. Management has no ethics or vison. If there was a choice between being out of work or accepting a position here I would advise staying jobless.

      People are fun to work with if they like you Pay is good

      Cons

      Information sharing is spotty If they don't like you - you are shut out Cold hearted company - they told me at 3pm that I was fired, and paid me through that day - not even the end of the week, and no warning that my employment was in danger Don't give you the privileges you need to perform your job Revolving door, constant influx of new people, and people are always leaving
