Pros
There are some awesome people that work at NAGICO Insurances.
Cons
The salary is below average, and the number of vacation days is limited. The workload is quite high, with additional tasks continually added. Unfortunately, there seems to be a lack of effective management support for the workforce, and little investment in employee development. Obtaining certifications to enhance job performance is challenging.

Some very nice people. Great name recognition and respect in region
Cons
Completely toxic CEO who drive poison into the whole company with her way of working. Highly unprofessional, low competence. Most people only stay because they have no other choices on the small islands.
