This is the worst company ever. This company has toxic environment where employees are resigning because the way managers are treating them. Worst management. CTO, AVP, VP, Managers, deputy managers playing dirty politics and ruling over hardworking employees. Use of language is bad. Employees getting no respect treated like slaves and made to work beyond office timings. No wfh is allowed only managers taking wfh...taking leaves for more than a week and if we ask for one leave they talk bad to us in front of everyone, for taking leave while menstruating they hve a problem with that, when tried to tell the hr, hr says it's between you and your manager. What are hr's for?? Very toxic environment. Women employees are getting harrassed by their seniors, still no posh complaint is been put. Salary hike is too low. Freshers pls stay away from this company you will get way better offer other than this. This company doing extreme cost cutting. No supportive culture, only pointing out mistakes again and again. Only pressure and stress is given. People having anxiety issues after joining this company. This organisation is a drowning boat. Managers themselves are flirting with women doing favouritism with employees they like. Employees are really unhappy here. No work life balance. CTO only sending WhatsApp bday msgs. No action is been taken on the unfair behaviour of seniors. Managers taking revenge with employees if they try to raise voice against this injustice.
