-Great for new Hires as you could learn a lot during the 1st few years

-Don't plan to stay long here as there is no future. salary increase and promotion are hard come. and they don't value Loyalty.

The people you work with are good. A chance to be sent abroad to work for a few months is open for some departments.

No room for improvement of skillset. Management issues. Little to no chance of promotion since career opportunities are not that many as well.
