Could can do better way

I have been in rave for more than a year. In their policy there is a bond of one year and they have not mentioned anything like excluding notice period so after reading this policy only I have resigned after completion of my 11 months , after a month HR said to me that I have to pay 1 lakh for breaching the bond I replied and said I am completing my year stay so I am not breaching bond so I am not liable to pay but they took me in to a offline discussion and said you have to pay the money , I told them to reply on email saying whatever I assuming is incorrect and because of this and this reason I have to pay the money and as expected they denied to reply on email and said if don't pay the money than there will issue with your reliving and experience letter. Just because of this fear I had paid the money and even after paying the money they not stoped yet there is lot more thing are coming to my side like torching from manager I was felt like I am most wanted criminal in Rave. Please don't join they have no process , heavy work load without manager support and Manager never try to help you out of any problem even sometimes they shout in front of everyone and I have seem sometimes they Abuse also. Please think 1000 times before joining this company
