Pros
- Generally nice place to work. - Management are approachable, friendly colleagues. - Good work to life balance, 08:30-16:30 Monday to Friday. - Nice little perks such as free breakfast and drinks, subsidised tuck shop. - Overtime available periodically and all voluntary. - Flexibility eg home working if needed, able to miss work and make hours up when convenient - Little bits of trust eg can take breaks and dinner when you want within reason, no micromanagement.
Cons
- Pay isn’t the greatest. - Sometimes lack of team spirit eg team meetings. - Social things are totally organised and paid for by staff.
