1. Their mode of operation and floor efficiency are outdated and inefficient, and they manage the business as if it were still a small operation—despite its considerable growth. This cannot be overstated, as it may come as a shock to new joinees. 2. Hires massively from overseas, as technical knowledge is quite lacking 3. Still uses paperworks and vouchers, when most systems are digital now
