Poor management, too much pressure, lack of mentoring

Low pay, no growth, low benefits. Too many apps taking up too much of your time. Know be 4 you go email protection is used too much to the point of ridiculous. Just not good place to work. Oh their 401 k contribution is a joke the worst in the industry.

Training is not the best

They don't have any supervisor or management in the actual office just employee and she bad mouth did the entire department the 1st hour I was there.

If you're low on the totem pole, you'll be subjected to overnight and early morning shifts more frequently. It's difficult to get access to training materials for certifications-- I had to do a lot of legwork on my own time to get what I needed. Getting title changes and promotions were difficult from within. Benefits were not great most of the time I worked here ($5k+ deductible); it got slightly better ($1.7k deductible) shortly before I left. Management is hard to get a hold of via phone and text.

There is not a lot of initial training due to the work load
