There is a steady paycheck.
Cons
The environment is toxic. Management is overly emotional and does business in this manner. It's a small company and instead of the advertised family environment, its an environment full of cliques, and bad employee practices. Do not recommend working here unless something changes in management and that's highly unlikely.

bonuses some times tend to just disappear with out a word as to why and sometimes the hours can be very limited
