Pros
Out of many best I pinned down to 5 1. Friendly environment 2. Minimal work stress 3. Friendly managers, easy to reach them for anything 4. Salary is always on time, sometimes before time but never delayed. 5. Opportunity to learn - company provides aspiring people chance to learn new technologies using online platform like edureka (currently) which is very good thing.
Cons
There is one but not much important to consider still as per my view Small canteen with less variety of food
