Cons
Really poorly managed. Most (if not all) have NEVER lived in rural Australia. The culture from the top is poor and creates a really bad working environment.
A vast array of negatives, but they largely surround the CEO Richard. He’s just really out of his depth. It’s so sad when someone gets promoted above their capacity. At first, you might not think it’s too bad, but within 6 months you’ll regret choosing this workplace.
