Pros

CEO is brutally honest and upfront that he doesn't care about his employees - only cares about making more money, getting rich, and being able to walk into Rolex stores any time of the day. Managers will attempt to dangle money in your face to get you to accept the toxic OT work culture. "Would you rather work from 9 to 6 and earn your base salary, or work from 9 to 9 and earn your salary in comms?"

Cons

- Toxic work culture where people OT for the sake of claiming $10 dinners and cabs home. - Was told to generate 3,000+ leads within a day (Imagine the overlaps in leads since everyone collates their own leads and searches for the same ones). - Little to no training whatsoever. They literally ask you to write a script on day 1 with no product knowledge whatsoever and start cold calling straightaway. - Have to OT everyday because you're only allowed to cold call during office hours and you're prohibited from doing any sort of admin work during that time (sending emails, whatsapp messages, follow-up calls and even collating of leads must be done outside work hours). - Manager loves having "performance reviews" every Friday night at 7pm so he can gather some colleagues to play Mahjong at his place, claiming the cab fare at 9pm in the process. - Overtly sales-driven with no proper IT technicians to fulfil deliverables. Cliemt reviews about this company demonstrate this aspect too.
