* Preferences given to relatives / near and dear ones instead of talent *No emotions with clients nor for work only money oriented thinking * Lots of blame games and employees are encouraged to do the same *Salary structure not normalized... no one cares for the amount of experience. No appreciation for hard work. People only gossip and play politics. “Great Company turned into Cheap Lala company ”

Company provides a suitable envirnment for your learning, growth in your interest and field you like.working from last 19 months and observed that senior management is always working for the enhancement and making the work flow of project clear for programmer, testing and dessigning team. CTO and CEO always motivate for doing some inovative. Employ of the month, Frequent parites helps men in kept high.
