- no vision and no mission - tight deadlines for nothing - such an institute for interns and fresh grads, need fresh grads with senior level of expertise without mentorship - back and forth more than production - you ask for salary as it is a gift not a right - no product published yet alive - lack of resources - HRs are useless and afraid of the high board, also know nothing about their job
