Pros

none. this is bad company to work for.

Cons

make sure you have no family or hobbies because ceo of this company will make sure to schedule a meeting on a friday at 6 pm. "Official" work hours are from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm ( so 9 hours), but if you want to leave the building for your personal business it's a no no (you are only allowed to leave if you are meeting a client). Additionally, if you want to leave office at 5.30 pm you have to ask upper management "to leave early". CEO tells you right away he is a "chill CEO" but it's the farthest thing from truth... don't be deceived by how nice and "chill" he appears at first. These are just some of the cons, there are many more. I am not even going to discuss how they handled the pandemic... Do not work here.

Pros

Offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across all facets of a network without prior background, the lack of structured support makes it a "sink or swim" environment

Cons

- Culture demands no breaks and consistent overtime without professional recognition, reflecting a fundamental lack of respect for employee time outside the office and offer no appreciation for the personal sacrifices made to meet their demands. - Management treats staff like children- mandating that no one leaves the office until every ticket is updated under threat of weekend shifts - Management maintains a dismissive and unprofessional tone with staff, often meeting 14-hour workdays with hostility rather than flexibility. Minor tardiness on the next day is met with reprimands instead of appreciation for the previous day’s sacrifices - The high turnover rate is a direct result of management pushing out crucial talent for sub-par staff they now defensively protect to cover their hiring mistakes
