- Open to professional and personal development, internal training programs as well as external for professional development - Meetings with managers to discuss any issues that have arisen, always looking to improve and receive feedback - Flexible hours - Fun team to work with, team days and plenty of outside of work activities. - Enjoyable atmosphere, people like what they do. - Good benefits package and always looking to add new things for staff.

No real cons, work is varied and you learn about all parts of the business so if the goal is to just be in your own bubble then it could get overwhelming.
