Pros
Strong team culture, lots of opportunity to grow and advance within the company. Team members work hard but are rewarded. Senior leaders are very accessible.
Cons
Some clients are less exciting to work on than others, but senior leaders are receptive to preferences and will consider adjusting staffing.

Pay for middle management was competitive, lots of opportunities to work with partners and senior leadership. Fun team events and happy hours.
Cons
rigid structure, needs more specialized roles that fall outside of the standard hierarchy. Work from home/vacation benefits not competitive with other firms.
