I worked at Native Instruments full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    - Snacks and fruits - cool parties - many of music enthusiasts

    Cons

I have no idea why is it so important for the company to hire best employees if the management does not take advantage of it and just let them be bored... no aims, constant chaos and no courage of taking decision... the most desirable middle level manager from the management boards point of view is the one who speaks beautifully, agree on everything without admitting the current situation and whose calendar will be full of meaningless meetings.

    Pros

Coffee was sometimes ok-ish like. Nobody cares about what people do, so if you are just looking for a couch to chill and get paid, this is it!

    Cons

Low pay Low respect Low expectations Coffee got worse after people stopped cleaning the coffee machines.

I have been working at Native Instruments full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Flexy hours, great people are employed here

    Cons

There is constant change in the company set up, strategy, planning, etc. A very disruptive work environment with little to no career growth, unless you are a white male.

I have been working at Native Instruments full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

NI gets the world's best talent who are passionate about music products but pay them unethically and below industry standard salaries.

    Cons

Extremely low salaries below industry standards. No growth. Better work in other companies than waste your talent here. Racism is rampant - good people have left, what is remaining is a group of racist people who just put on a smile and do sugar coated diversity and inclusion. No effort made to actually improve the employees salaries and keep them motivated.

I worked at Native Instruments full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Talented, driven, music obsessed people, free beer and breakfast, free software and good hardware discount, pilates in the office, nice office location

    Cons

Chaos at all levels, constant changes in staff and structure, upper management does not care about the people or company culture, knowledgable staff continually ignored to serve the whims of the CEO, no investment in teaching the staff how to use company products, no advancement opportunities, no women in higher management positions, no attempt to connect departments and make cohesive decisions, no onboarding process for new staff, being a data driven company only important when it suits the upper management, zero confidence from the employees in the company strategy, feedback points from terrible employee survey results never addressed, employees in constant fear of being fired for no reason, no bridge between technical teams and the rest of the company, long, boring quarterly meetings with no real information, just staff forced to listen to the CEO go on for an hour
