The flat hierarchy lets you voice your opinions, giving you critical decision powers which directly impact the company's direction. The team is friendly, genuine, and collaborative, and the transparency within the company fosters a trusting environment. Plus, the 5-day work week and unlimited paid leave policy adds to the freedom and mutual respect.
Cons
Everything's fast paced, blink and you could miss on a lot. This environment's great for someone that wants to be at the helm of a real entrepreneurial journey, but not suitable for someone looking for a comfy non-volatile 9 to 5 life.
