Lack of training, antiquated operational systems, antiquated infrastructure and stores, toxic work environment. The hours were grueling and leaders are expected to work even on their days off. Meetings are out of control, 6-7 hours each day.

terrible work environment with whole bunch of eating disorder talk and projection at models (even from some management), management makes everyone stay until 4:30 even when all the minimum work requirement (and oftentimes more) is done, they will write you up for something extremely small then dismiss a big thing from another employee, terrible communication between managers therefore terrible communication to employees, employees get publicly ridiculed when they're just asking questions even amidst the terrible communication issues that are already there,

terrible pay due to commission structure, there is a 70% that you will be living pay check to pay check or even worse. The absolute most toxic work environment I’ve ever been a part of honestly, I’ve never seen so much racism, sexism and xenophobia I’ve ever seen in my career. there is favoritism shown to client advisors that have the biggest books and those people get away with harassment and bigotry due to tenure. management is a joke and doesn’t take complaints from employees seriously. do not ever work at the charlotte location unless it is your absolute last option of getting your foot in the door in luxury retail. The company keeps changing their hours without any input from current employees and doesn’t take our best interests into consideration. please take heed of what i’m saying please before you end up stuck in this black hole of a job.
